I am a multimedia
designer and artist.
Hi, nice to meet you—I’m Jannelle!
Jumping across creative roles and different types of media, I've spent my career exploring and evolving through design. I’ve been an artist ever since I was a kid, following in my dad’s footsteps, whether it was photography, drawing, or editing. He sparked my passion early on and taught me many of my skills I still use today.
Growing up, I always loved to play video games, and that’s what inspired me to attend
Vancouver Film School, where I studied Game Design and majored in 3D modelling. I worked on 2D graphics, 3D objects, with creating their textures, and collaborated on many key design decisions. It taught me a strong sense of foundation in visual storytelling, knowing how to create an engaging experience for the user, and team collaboration.
After graduating, I transitioned into content creation and visual branding, designing graphics and video content with a strategic purpose that reflects my creative personality. Whether it's social media posts, vlogging, or campaign visuals, I love creating work that not only looks great but also connects to the viewer. (You won’t find me anywhere without my ZV-E10 camera.)
Outside of work? You’ll probably find me grinding video games, adding to my Pokémon card collection, or finding a new sushi or matcha spot to obsess over. I pull a lot of creative inspiration from everyday life and bring that into the work I do. I always look for ways to make content that feels fresh, honest, and community-driven.
